By using ForecastJedi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ForecastJedi is a Google Sheets add-on that provides time series forecasting using machine learning algorithms, including statistical models and deep learning.

3. Subscription and Billing

Pricing Tiers

• Free: 3 forecasts/day (10/week), 500 rows max
• Pro: €10/month, 30/day (100/week), 10K rows
• Team: €90/month, 200/day (1000/week), 100K rows, collaboration features

Billing Terms

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
• Cancel anytime via the customer portal

4. Acceptable Use

You May

• Use the service for lawful business purposes
• Create forecasts for your own data
• Share results with your team

You May NOT

• Abuse or overload the service
• Reverse engineer the algorithms
• Resell or redistribute the service
• Use for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Forecast Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Forecasts are predictions, not guarantees. Results depend on data quality and patterns. We do not guarantee forecast accuracy. You are responsible for validating results. Do not rely solely on forecasts for critical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

ForecastJedi's name, logo, code, algorithms, and documentation are our property. You retain full ownership of your data and may use forecast results commercially.

7. Data and Privacy

We process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data is not stored permanently. We use encryption and security best practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
